1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, events, purchases and use of the Borders Bar website. Borders Bar is part of the Balliante Bars Limited. Registered in England and Wales No. 17171584

By using our website or making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Bookings & Deposits

Certain bookings and events require a deposit to secure the reservation.

Bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received.

Deposit amounts may vary depending on the event, booking type or party size.

3. Event Payments

Where applicable, remaining balances for bookings or events must be paid in full before the event date.

Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of any monies already paid.


4. Bottomless Brunch & Promotional Events

Bottomless brunches and selected promotional events are subject to availability and specific event terms.

  • Guests must be aged 18 or over.
  • Valid photographic ID may be required.
  • We operate a responsible drinking policy at all times.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or entry where appropriate.

Late arrivals may result in reduced experience time, and booking times may not be extended.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Requests to amend bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Customers should contact the venue as soon as possible regarding any requested changes.

6. Late Arrivals & No Shows

We may not be able to extend booking durations for late arrivals.

In some circumstances, significantly delayed bookings may be treated as cancelled or classed as a no-show.

7. Behaviour & Right of Refusal

Borders Bar reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person who:

  • Appears intoxicated
  • Behaves aggressively or disruptively
  • Fails to follow staff instructions
  • Causes damage or distress to staff or other customers

Any abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or guests will not be tolerated.

No refunds will be provided where service or entry is refused for these reasons.


8. Liability

Borders Bar accepts no responsibility for:

  • Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury resulting from failure to follow staff instructions
  • Circumstances outside of our reasonable control

Customers attend the venue and participate in events at their own risk.
