These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, events, and use of the Borders Micro Bar website.


1. General

By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.


2. Bookings & Deposits

  • A £10 per person deposit is required to secure event bookings.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Event Payments

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 days before the event.
  • Failure to pay the balance on time will result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

4. Bottomless Brunch

  • Available Fridays & Saturdays only.
  • A £10 per person deposit applies.
  • Full balance must be paid 2 days prior to the booking.
  • All guests must be 18+ and valid ID may be required.
  • We operate a responsible drinking policy and reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Changes to booking numbers or dates are subject to availability.
  • If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Late Arrivals

  • We may not be able to extend your booking time if you arrive late.
  • In some cases, bookings may be cancelled if significantly delayed.

7. Behaviour

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who is:
    • Intoxicated
    • Disruptive
    • Not complying with staff instructions

No refunds will be given in these situations.


8. Liability

Borders Micro Bar is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury caused by misuse of facilities or failure to follow staff guidance
